FLAVOR
If you visit my kitchen there’s definitely something going on. Bread. Soups. Pastries. Savory. Sweet. Salads. I’m here for the flavor.
People like to eat, and I love to cook.
I didn’t intend to become a home chef. But people like to eat, and I love to cook. On a normal day, I’m cooking for 9 or 10. Friends come to visit often, and if two families come over, it’s not uncommon to throw together a meal for 20.
I love food photography
I learned to cook from food blogs, YouTube channels, cookbooks, and chefs around me. So, this isn’t a blog for recipes per se. It’s a place to visually, share dishes I love — and where they came from.

Gooey and delicious cinnamon rolls
I was in the mood for something sweet, and these cinnamon rolls are just so good. They’re chewy, gooey, light and full of cinnamon flavor.
Post Yoga Hydration
Fresh fruit is one of my favorite ways to re-hydrated after hot yoga.
NY Times No-Knead Bread
People have opinions on the no-knead bread recipe from the NY Times. It was my gateway into making bread, so I’m here for it.
Loaded Deviled Eggs
Not everything is better with bacon, but it just works on deviled eggs.
Loco Moco + Kauai Greens Salad
Loco Moco and Salad sourced from the Kalaheo Farmers Market Stand.
Tomato Basil Soup
This dish was based on the Ina Garten Tomato Basil Soup found on Food Network. Slight modifications.
Lemon Blueberry Muffins
Moist, flavorful lemon blueberry muffins from the Preppy Kitchen Blueberry Sour Cream Muffin recipe. No modifications.
