Post Yoga Hydration
One of my favorite things about hot yoga is finding delicious ways to re-hydrate afterwards. There’s a house a few blocks away from my home studio that has a farmers market stand on Wednesdays, so I stop by on the way home. Today’s haul featured starfruit, red dragon fruit and thai bananas. The kiwi are from Costco — the Costco here is really good for fruit.
Squeeze some lime on the starfruit and you’re good to go.
