Loco Moco with Kauai Greens Salad

You can find Loco Moco at lots of places around Kauai. The first place I had it was at Kountry Kitchen.

Bed of rice, brown gravy, burger patty, fried egg.

Arugula
Pea shoots
Mini Pineapple
White Balsamic Vinaigrette

The greens, lilikoi, and eggs were local from the Wednesday farmers market stand in Kalaheo.
