Gooey and delicious cinnamon rolls
I was in the mood for something sweet, and because I watch my sugar, I'm discerning about my sweets. They have to be worth it, and these cinnamon rolls are just so good. They’re chewy, gooey, light and full of cinnamon flavor. Tip: Make sure you use a high quality cinnamon for this. I like the Indonesian cinnamon from King Arthur Baking.
The recipe I used this time is from Tastes of Lizzy T. They take a bit of time (for the rises), but don't let that scare you off. If you're going to be around the house anyhow, this recipe is very approachable and dare I say foolproof!
