Gooey and delicious cinnamon rolls

I was in the mood for something sweet, and because I watch my sugar, I'm discerning about my sweets. They have to be worth it, and these cinnamon rolls are just so good.⁠ They’re chewy, gooey, light and full of cinnamon flavor. Tip: Make sure you use a high quality cinnamon for this. I like the Indonesian cinnamon from King Arthur Baking.

⁠The recipe I used this time is from Tastes of Lizzy T. They take a bit of time (for the rises), but don't let that scare you off. If you're going to be around the house anyhow, this recipe is very approachable and dare I say foolproof! ⁠
